Do I need a license to fly a mapping drone in Canada?
In Canada, commercial drone operations fall under Transport Canada's RPAS rules and typically require a pilot certificate and a registered aircraft; in the US it's the FAA Part 107. We can point you to the current requirements for the platform you're considering.
