What the FARO Focus Premium Max is for
The FARO Focus Premium Max is the long-range member of the Focus family, reaching 400 metres at 90% reflectivity. Accuracy and speed are identical to the Focus Core and Focus Premium, so the reason to buy it is reach: bridges, dams, quarries, tall façades, stockpiles, and open topography where a 100 metre scanner would force you into far more setups. It also ships with a perpetual Flash Technology licence and the PanoCam mount included, rather than a licence you renew each year.

Bridges, dams, quarries, tall façades and open topography, where 400 metres at 90% reflectivity genuinely reduces the number of setups. Also the right answer when Flash should be owned rather than licensed annually.
